2. Items must be in their original condition, with all original invoice, tags, packaging, and accessories included.
3. Items must not have been used, altered, or damaged.
Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item(s) if damaged or defective.
3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
Exceptions:
The following items are non-returnable:
1. Personalized or customized products.
2. Intimate or hygiene-related products.
3. Final sale or clearance items.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping Costs:
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or damaged.
International Returns:
For international returns, customer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
